Most bodybuilders aspire to build a more harmonious body.Because of this some Bodybuilders and especially beginners it may fall in mistakes that could lead to serious injuries

now give you five mistakes you should avoid When practicing this sport:



1- dead lift exercise 






This exercise strengthens the muscles of the lower back and muscles of buttocks and thighs and leg in addition to the muscles of the forearm
-Wrong practice:Curving the back while lifting

This exercise strengthens the muscles of the chest, muscles of the shoulders, muscles of the abdomen and muscles of the thighs
-Wrong practice:Lack of straightness of the back
