now give you five mistakes you should avoid When practicing this sport:
1- dead lift exercise
This exercise strengthens the muscles of the lower back and muscles of buttocks and thighs and leg in addition to the muscles of the forearm
-Wrong practice:Curving the back while lifting
This exercise strengthens the muscles of the chest, muscles of the shoulders, muscles of the abdomen and muscles of the thighs
-Wrong practice:Lack of straightness of the back
